Disclaimer * This is not paid review I have paid for my entire expense at Vivanta Coimbatore and below are my collective thoughts which might help someone who plans a trip and accommodation in Vivanta Coimbatore Feedback *** 1. The Hotel delivered the characteristics of (a) family/kids friendly staffs (b) clean/tidy/serviced rooms everyday (c) decent mix races of country nationals (d) center location connects to many places in Coimbatore 2. Safe environment to use while you stay with family and kids 3. Staffs are able to give rational advises/guidance/direction while we explored local places 4. Restaurant food menu was fantastic : delivered a mix of Indian/Asian/Euro/US Cuisines which my family liked a lot 5. Restaurant staffs were very attentive and responsive (Many/All to name) : voluntarily took my family's requests and delivered timely without delays 6. Reception staffs are good : (special thanks to Badran) - staffs give spot on suggestions/recommendation and deliver them 7. Swimming Pool followed No Dive Policy : disturbance from pool view inside the room was negligible 8. Security Personal : Around 4AM i was going out receive family guests and i saw 5+ personal AWAKE and guarding reception/lobby lift all the way till main gate Additionally Security personal offered friendly hands (offloaded bags, scanned the bags, Sent bags to reception, Loaded bags to vehicles, smiley faces and good communication) 9. All female masseuse were fully booked while my family reached for appointment, so our advise : while making room booking - request for an masseuse appointment before you arrive to the hotel

We stayed at Vivanta Coimbatore for three nights (Jan 17 through Jan 20, 2024). We were on vacation for the first time in India in a decade and we hadn't been back to Coimbatore in 25 years. This was a big trip for us as we had great hopes of reconnecting with dear college friends, close relatives, and the city of Coimbatore, which we did. Our wonderful stay at Vivanta Coimbatore in the central Race Course location just made our visit to Coimbatore a picture perfect trip! We truly enjoyed every aspect of Vivanta Coimbatore. Everything was exceptional—from the hotel's central location; to the room quality, cleanliness, and amenities; to the outstanding breakfast buffet; to the buffer and a la carte options for lunch and dinner; to the bar; and to the professionalism and hospitality of the staff in every department. We want to shout out to some of the staff at the hotel's restaurant for their exceptional service and hospitality—Raj/Raja, Sudhakar, Mohan, the head chef, and the general manager. We also had lovely conversations with them and others at the restaurant. We also want to mention Karthik and Ibrahim from the housecleaning department. Unfortunately, we forget the names of a few others we received exceptional hospitality from, so in that regard, please kindly let ALL of your staff know how much we enjoyed our stay, and how much we appreciated their prompt services and superb hospitality. Booked this Hotel for my stay in Coimbatore. This Hotel is listed as a 4 Star Hotel and it is not rightly represented. In fact, it should be up-graded as a 5 Star Hotel - given the personalised service by Lily and her staff at the Reception, and excellent presentation of the room. The Room Service was prompt and attended to by smiling and polite serving staff. Lily anticipates your needs - I just flew in from Chennai and as I checked in at the Service counter, Lily offers to send a cup of coffee to refresh and also as I was leaving the hotel at 5.00 am to catch a flight, she offered to pack fruit salad and sandwiches to go and they were kept ready at the Reception. Just based on the location, the presentation of the hotel itself and the rooms and the pool, and having caring and very friendly & polite staff, I strongly feel it should be graded as a 5 Star Hotel. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taj Vivanta in Coimbatore, and it exceeded all expectations. The luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. The staff's warmth and professionalism added a personal touch, ensuring a delightful experience. The well-appointed rooms, exquisite dining options, and serene ambiance created a perfect retreat. Taj Vivanta in Coimbatore is a testament to unparalleled hospitality, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a refined and relaxing getaway.

Breakfast was a decent spread and the staff helped get what was not on the menu . like omelet's & dosa's . Location was excellent as it was a walking distance to Avinashi road. Room was decent after I chose to exchange it for twin beds. However, the allotted room was not cleaned thoroughly. The fridge had remnants of the previous guests. After requests , sheets were handed and cleaning done. The room cleaning team was very good for the rest of the stay and ensured teh room was sparkling clean.
